Recruiting for Processors, Producers, Cooperatives and Ranch

The Preview is launching Fall of 2024 and will provide processors, producers and cooperatives a full service, shared service designed talent acquisition function to support your HR efforts. Participation is secured with a with an annual retainer. Placements will be invoiced at 25%, of the candidates annual base salary, with the retainer applied to the first search fee. As we are in a beta phase flexible pricing, based on participation, is customary.

Employers receive position specific, pipelined candidates, for their most in-demand roles, with full assessment, video interview clips and traditional materials to evaluate before you decide to interview.

For the first time, candidates will be able to meet the organization, hiring managers, hear from the CEO, understand company culture, community, relocation - all before the decision to apply.
